The goal of this project was to create a platform to help ​customer service agents quickly, effectively, and accurately support Coinbase users when they have issues with their account or any transactions. The platform was built and backed by AI as a support agent and repository for documentation speeding up, enhancing, and organizing the process to allow agents to support their clientele.
